Description:
The Artesian Well is an excellent venue. A little like Beach Blanket Babylon in Notting Hill, it’s got a wonderlandish atmosphere – The layout is the work of a designer called Rudi Weller who put it together from top to bottom with inspired cockiness. Whether opium was involved or not, it’s quite an achievement. Add to this a massive sound system and pumping house music, and you've got an idea what the Well is all about.
